In combination with ipilimumab (YERVOY®) (NIVO + IPI) is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability high (MSI-H) colorectal cancer (CRC) in the following settings: first-line treatment of unresectable or metastatic CRC.

For the treatment of adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have been previously treated with available therapies, including fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin-, and irinotecan-based chemotherapy, with or without an anti-VEGF therapy, and, if RAS wildtype and medically appropriate, an anti-EGFR therapy

In combination with bevacizumab for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) who have received two prior anticancer treatment regimens including fluoropyrimidine-, oxaliplatin- and irinotecan-based chemotherapies, anti-VEGF agents, and/or anti-EGFR agents.

As monotherapy for the treatment of the following MSI H or dMMR tumours in adults with:

• unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer after previous fluoropyrimidine based combination therapy;
• advanced or recurrent endometrial carcinoma, who have disease progression on or following prior treatment with a platinum containing therapy in any setting and who are not candidates for curative surgery or radiation;
• unresectable or metastatic gastric, small intestine, or biliary cancer, who have disease progression on or following at least one prior therapy.

Adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) who have been previously treated with, or are not considered candidates for, available therapies

nivolumab with ipilimumab (NIVO+IPI) is indicated for the treatment of adults with mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) or microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) who have been previously treated with fluoropyrimidine-based combination chemotherapy.

As monotherapy for the first‑line treatment of metastatic microsatellite instability‑high (MSI‑H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) colorectal cancer in adults.

In combination with cetuximab, for the treatment of adult patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC) with a BRAF V600E mutation, who have received prior systemic therapy.
